Some text from my Moroccan iphone diary entries 4 November 2012.

"I'm pretty tired, having been up since 430, when I got some gorgeous 3 minute time lapses. Every time I start to kick back new photo ops present themselves - kids driving donkeys, markets, traffic jams in little villages.   Dirty great mountains or just the locals kickin back on a Sunday arvo."

"200pm Omar hauls Merc over flat agricultural country as we inch along the base of the main Atlas Mountains, where rain clouds hide the peaks. At Orica(?) we creep through an absolutely humongous chaotic market like something out of Indiana Jones - people everywhere horns honking, smoke from roadside cooking, and all manner of wares from tyres to clothes to food. You name it, they got it!"

Some very low resolution happy snaps from my iPhone during my Moroccan holiday.I love the immediacy of digital, but need the objectivity of time to decide what to delete and what to show.

Happy New Year 2013

These are exciting times we live in. Many of us are fortunate to have our health, our freedom, education (literacy), families and networks of friends. A well as this, I'm fortunate t have a job that puts tasty food on the table and keeps a comfy roof over my head. On top of all this technology is taking creativity into new universes and in the case above, preserving old memories. Thanks to all who enrich my life (yes even those who call me out and challenge me when I need to pull my head in!) Let's make 2013 even better than the one before. Peace.

Sorry to my friends, regular lurkers and accidental visitors for no updates .
It's been a strained and busy time in my part of the briney-verse.
